DAM for Financial Services & Insurance

Melissa Teitler is the Marketing Operations Director at Cigna. She is responsible for driving the content management strategy and technology implementation, Marketing compliance and management of the Marketing Leadership Development Program. Melissa’s previous roles within Cigna include the Customer Experience team, the Marketing and Product Expense Controller, Cigna Dental and the Premium Accounting Department.

Teitler joined the company in 2006 after working in multiple industries. She earned her CPA in public accounting working for Arthur Andersen. She then worked in the software and retail real estate industries in accounting, finance and HR roles focusing on financial analysis, acquisitions and system implementations. Melissa earned her B.S. in accounting from Emory University. 

Melissa and her husband, Jeff, have two children.
