Michael is the Strategic Operations Director for Liberty Mutual’s in-house creative agency, Copper GiantsTM. Within the agency, Michael is responsible for driving increased value to the broader organization by achieving operational excellence. This is accomplished through the intersection of people, process and technology both within the agency and across the aisle with our business partners. Before joining Copper GiantsTM 4 years ago he headed up Marketing’s first operations team focused on process and compliance. He spent the first half of his career in various operational roles within Liberty Mutual’s product organization developing new products and bringing them to market.
