Keynote: Liberty Mutual Insurance’s Journey to the DAM

As their marketing content needs grew alongside an expansion to more markets across the globe, Liberty Mutual identified the need to increase accessibility to their brand and creative assets sooner rather than later.

Michael LaBerge from Liberty Mutual’s in-house agency, Copper GiantsTM, will walk through how the resulting plan was developed across a group of decentralized marketing and creative teams, which ultimately led to the selection of a new DAM tool that they are in the midst of setting up. He will focus on how the need was identified and the steps they took in the needs/requirements development, vendor discovery/assessment and tool selection phases. He will also share some learnings around challenges faced along with relevant anecdotes from their current implementation process.
