Sara is a technology leader in Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Health organization, with IT product line responsibility for both DAM and Product Information Management (PIM). Sara partners with global & regional marketing teams to identify and define the marketing operations capabilities needed, and to implement people, process, and technology solutions that can be scaled globally. Over the past 8 years, Sara has lead the implementation of various DAM & PIM platforms within J&J, enabling business transformation, platform integrations across the J&J technology ecosystem, development of product roadmaps, and ensuring strong ROI tracking & adoption metrics. She continues to evolve the marketing operations technology strategy, looking at opportunities to better streamline internal end to end marketing operations processes throughout the “content supply chain”.
