Yonah is the Co-Founder, Co-Director & Instructor of Rutgers University’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) Certificate Program. In 2020-2021, she was awarded the Rutgers Professional Development Instructor of the year. She is also the founder and co-chair of the Language Metadata Table (LMT), a universal standard for language codes sponsored by MESAOnline.org.
Yonah is a metadata and taxonomy thought leader and strategy consultant and draws on her vast multi-industry and DAM experiences to guide organizations through their challenges. She has worked in the media and entertainment space (WarnerMedia, HBO), publishing (Pearson Ed, HarperCollins, Thomson), as well as ID registries.
Yonah was a contributor to the recently published book called Taxonomies: Practical Approaches to Developing and Managing Vocabularies for Digital Information where she wrote about Taxonomy and Vocabulary Integration.
