This unique "right-brain/left-brain" trajectory has defined his signature approach to Digital Asset Management: viewing the DAM not as a standalone library, but as a mission-critical integration point. This philosophy of "interconnected ecosystems" was the cornerstone of his work at Amazon, where he led the first phase of a massive 1-million-asset migration and integration project for the Seller External Resources (SER) division. Today, Matt is a leading voice on architectural synergy—aligning DAM, PIM, 3D workflows, and CRM to build a truly agile, automated retail content engine.
