Becky is responsible for leading three digital transformation capabilities (one of which is Lighthouse) enterprise-wide for Mars Inc and driving change through people, process and technology; from ideation to implementation, delivering new efficiencies and strategy in creating, managing and deploying content. She is currently working on futureproofing Mars with an integrated ecosystem that withstands an ever-evolving digital environment of trading and consumer needs; enabling value add worldwide, internally and externally, through such metrics as speed to market, time spent and quality. Her focus is on leading and inspiring teams to deliver and accelerate our vision through collaboration, challenging and breakthrough thinking.
