Spencer has been involved in the DAM space for several years now and prior to joining CyanGate he managed the DAM system for an Advertising firm and Men’s Wearhouse. While at Men’s Wearhouse he also oversaw the design and implementation of a custom built automated database used for high-volume commercial photography workflow. 

Spencer received his Bachelor of Arts from Utah Valley University where he studied Business Management and Photography. His senior thesis included the writing of a 60-page book on the topic of Digital Asset Management. Spencer is actively involved in the DAM industry through contributing articles to Digital Asset Management News, case studies, a webinar, peer based community, and attending industry conferences.
