Vick Kelsey

Vick started with VICE in May of 2015, joining the company’s new Rights & Clearances department initially as a Clearance Temp & gradually progressing to her current supervisory role as Senior Manager of R&C in October of 2016.

Vick (and her team) are responsible for vetting all VICE content prior to broadcast/publication, fielding licensing requests for company IP, and for maintaining the rights components of the company’s Video Library. She is currently leading on the global rollout of VICE’s dynamic new Video Rights Management System, after over a year of configuration and customization, and is also overseeing the R&C-related aspects VICE’s DAM. With the primary goals of streamlining reporting, tracking usage details, and, ultimately, informing company strategy via rights data, Vick has helped position the company for global success from a rights management perspective
