Reverse Forward Momentum Backflip into Circus DAM

The journey of unlocking DAM’s potential at Feld Entertainment began before the business understood the value of the investment required. 

Without a defined ROI to justify the investment, a path through IT’s core competencies was utilized to lead the business toward realizing the value of previously ignored processes and IP. 

Core competencies in basic infrastructure support for warehouse and show merchandising systems were repurposed.

All together what was done delivered a stronger and greatly simplified live broadcast of Supercross and production of Monster Jam TV in 2022. 

Now we are realizing the cornerstone value of DAM as we prepare for the relaunch of the Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Baily Circus - coming in 2023.
