Nancy is a trusted Creative Operations and MarTech Advisor with deep expertise in system-led transformation, particularly in the fields of Digital Asset Management, content lifecycle optimisation, and metadata governance. She has delivered impact across financial services, retail, SaaS, and FMCG for brands including L’Oréal Australia, Sanitarium, Youi Insurance, Mailchimp, and CGU.

Throughout her career, including leadership roles at Cotton On Group and IVE Group, Nancy has helped lead the implementation of enterprise DAM systems and driven DAM strategies that have improved asset governance, accelerated workflow efficiency, and scaled creative output. She has a genuine passion for establishing a central source of truth, improving findability, and building the foundational structures that enable scalability across content and marketing operations.

A certified Change Manager and Scrum Master, Nancy facilitates high-impact workshops that align creative, marketing, and technical teams around shared goals, translating complex content workflows into actionable solutions that enhance collaboration, compliance, and visibility across the content supply chain.

Outside of work, Nancy is an active community volunteer and junior football coach. She brings her passion for mentoring and collaboration to the grassroots level, fostering inclusive team environments and helping young players build confidence, discipline, and a strong sense of teamwork.
