Penny is the Senior Designer and Brand Manager at Yarra Valley Water, where she sets the creative direction and ensures brand consistency for one of Victoria’s largest water utilities. With more than 15 years’ experience spanning creative agencies and in-house roles, Penny combines design expertise with a practical understanding of organisational needs and stakeholder priorities.

She leads a talented team of designers and partners closely with communications, marketing, and business teams to create work that builds customer trust and strengthens the organisation’s reputation. Penny also oversees Yarra Valley Water’s DAM platform, making it easy for teams to access brand resources while managing governance, troubleshooting, and supplier engagement.
