Andonella is a customer experience and digital strategy specialist, with 15 years' experience working across fine art, luxury, tech & telecom industries.

In February 2021, Andonella joined British Telecom as Head of Design Operations in Enterprise, responsible for setting up and leading the team across; DesignOps, ContentOps, ResearchOps, Accessibility and Design Systems with the sole purpose of supporting customer centricity and driving branded and consistent client experiences across digital channels.

An optimist who believes happy teams deliver great work faster and an enthusiast of all things strategy & ops, her role is focused on helping teams deliver truly ambitious work.
