Design Operations New York 2023

Jilanna Wilson is the Head of Creative Operations, Frame.io at Adobe and has been working in Creative Operations for over a decade. In her current role she leads Operations across both Product Design and Brand Studio, and acts as a strategic partner to the Leadership team to help actualize the team’s goals.  As a Design Operations leader, Jilanna is passionate about cultivating community, mentoring emerging Operations leaders and practitioners, and championing the DesignOps discipline, most recently as the San Francisco Chapter Lead for the DesignOps Assembly.  Beyond her professional pursuits, Jilanna is a full time working mom of 4, a fitness enthusiast and an active volunteer supporting women's housing initiatives in San Francisco.
