With over 18 years of hands-on experience in the creative field, Lisa brings a distinctive perspective to Design Operations. Her rich background as an art director, product designer and successful small-business owner (which she owned and operated for over 10 years) has shaped her unique approach. Lisa is spearheading the development of the design operations discipline at Realtor.com, where she has been a driving force for the past 2.5 years.

Originally hailing from Pittsburgh, Lisa grew up saying “yinz” and has a fondness for adding french fries to any cuisine. After residing in Austin for the past 5 years with her husband and two crazy boxers, Lisa has traded in “yinz” for "y'all" and indulges in tacos at least 4 times a week.
