Malgorzata Piernik works as a Product Design Manager at Accenture Song in Stockholm, Sweden. Over the last 10 years, she has worked with numerous international enterprise clients in financial services, telecommunication, insurance, and consumer goods, with a focus on automotive, mostly in Europe, the Middle East and the US. That combined with her experience of leading a team of 35+ product designers gave her a wide practical perspective on scaling DesignOps in different types of organizations on different customer experience centricity levels. After work, she passionately follows research in neuroscience and enjoys rock climbing.
