Fabricio is a Partner and Director at Itaú Unibanco leading Customer Experience, Design, Product Management and the Digital Transformation of the bank.

Prior to Itaú, Fabricio was Partner at McKinsey and Company in Latin America, core leader at Leap by McKinsey, its global business building practice, and functional leader of Customer Experience, Product Management and Design for the region. He served clients ranging from Financial Services, Retail and Healthcare, on topics such as building new digital businesses, helping organizations transform, grow faster, become more innovative and customer centric.

With over 20 years of experience, Fabricio lived and worked in Sweden, USA, Germany, Brazil, and the UK, creating products and services people love, and building remarkable teams that envision the future and deliver impact at scale. He started his international career at IDEO in San Francisco where he was lucky enough to work with the world’s most talented designers, engineers, and researchers, with clients in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Fabricio is the father of Luca and Stella, married to Juliana, currently lives in São Paulo; is a sports, mental and physical health enthusiast, and a road bike aficionado.
