White Door Consulting has advised more than 60 businesses including setting up Specsavers' creative operations, Amazon's fashion marketing operations across Europe, as well Tesco, BT, The BBC and many creative agencies. Louise’s career has been spent entirely in the Creative Operations space with senior management roles at leading agencies as well as client side at O2. She is passionate about helping marketers and agencies create the conditions for great creative work by setting up the optimal combination of process, people, structure and tech.
