Tamsin Anastasi-Pace is a transformation leader operating at the intersection of strategy, people and technology. Currently the Head of Digital Technology at the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs she supports the production and delivery of internal and external facing digital assets. Having spent the early part of her career working in events for the University of London, she moved to China and then Malta to teach English. She subsequently moved into publishing and then digital advertising, honing her craft at AOL before joining The Economist Group. There Tamsin built and ran global teams while based in London, New York and Dubai, including running the Global Operational Change Programe, before moving to the DEFRA Group. Tamsin is a charity trustee and offers coaching and mentoring through CMI, Aspire Woman and privately, where she focuses on the psychology of change.
