
Kristen is a marketing technology leader focused on making product information more accurate, usable, and connected. As Manager, Marketing Services Content at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, she works across product marketing, digital asset management, sales enablement, and e-commerce to improve how product information moves through the business.
Kristen is especially interested in the human side of tech: how marketing orgs adopt new tools, build trust in their data, and free up time for high-value work. She brings teams together to collaboratively create reliable, repeatable workflows and then helps them design bespoke technologies that turn fragmented product data into trusted product content that teams can create faster and share more confidently across distributor and retailer e-commerce channels.
She has a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of North Alabama.
