Charissa is an experienced strategic leader, currently spearheading Bank of America’s award-winning in-house agency, Enterprise Creative Solutions, where she is known for her passion, innovative thinking, vision, and most importantly - results. For Charissa, it's about investing in people, process and technology to establish an infrastructure to originate, adapt, and manage a significant library of content to drive an agile workflow, deliver integrated content across various platforms, and remain cost competitive. Charissa co-chairs the In-House Agency Committee of the Association of National Advertisers and she is a member of the In-House Agency Forum, the Direct Marketing Association, the Financial Communications Society and AIGA.
