Eve is a highly collaborative leader with diverse experience working with cross-functional teams to cultivate an organizational structure and processes that enhance quality of output and creative teams while delivering measurable value to the organization. She recognizes there are times when a “polished and methodical” approach is needed and that sometimes the opportunity calls for “scrappy and quick”—ultimately the data tells us how to move ahead. Establishing the right balance between these extremes is how she has worked to enable teams to find their voice and unleash their individual creativity.
