Lisa Hooper is VP, Creative Operations for BGB Group, an independent agency specializing in healthcare and biotech advertising. She began her 20+ year career at the in-house agency of National Public Radio (NPR) and most recently served as long-time Executive Producer for world-renowned photographer-director Martin Schoeller, overseeing domestic and global productions for KIA, Amazon, GQ, Vanity Fair, Netflix, National Geographic, and The New Yorker to name a few.
Marrying an MBA and MFA, Lisa is passionate about aligning the people, processes, and tools/systems necessary to elevate creative while driving business results. Leveraging her roots in integrated production as well as expertise in change management and organizational behavior, Lisa provides efficient, creative-first solutions with a unique ability to foster dedicated, high-performing teams.
Currently at BGB Group, Lisa optimizes creative capacity, drives process and resourcing, and improves culture and engagement for ~100 Creatives. She holds an MFA in Interrelated Media from Massachusetts College of Art & Design and an MBA from Simmons College. When she’s not re-envisioning systems, Lisa relishes free time spent on home improvement projects, making cocktails, and with her family.
