Recently, Daniel was brought on board as the Head of Global, Creative & Studio Operations at Pat McGrath Labs, tasked with developing innovative studio and creative operations eco system that mirror the visionary ethos of the brand's founder. His expertise extends to end-to-end go-to-market content creation and execution across distinguished brands including Ulta Beauty, Estée Lauder, and Armani. Daniel is known for pioneering innovative operational strategies, effectively managing multi-million-dollar creative budgets, driving cohesive workflows, and refining agile go-to-market strategies. His passion for leading and mentoring shines through in his management of both compact and expansive creative, studio production, and project management teams.
