Luke Purdy is the Director of Sustainability at Wieden+Kennedy. In this first-of-its-kind role, he leads global initiatives across ten offices, enacting foundational strategies that integrate sustainable actions at the heart of Wieden+Kennedy's business, operations, and culture. He led the W+K network to achieve B Corp certification in March of 2023, becoming the first global ad agency network to achieve the distinction. 

Luke has been with Wieden+Kennedy since 2011. He was previously a Group Brand Director with over a decade of experience working with a variety of global businesses across Tech, FMCG, Sportswear, and Energy sectors. Throughout his career Luke has found that through collective effort and outsized resources, brands are well positioned to make a positive impact for people and planet.
