Festival of DAM 2024

Rachael has extensive experience in CMS and DAM systems, having worked as a business & finance journalist for over 12 years – writing for local, national and trade publications.

Most recently she joined FTSE 100 listed Vodafone’s global team, to create and implement a global DAM across all its regions.

This was and continues to be a huge undertaking – having to create a custom DAM for multiple markets across Europe – future-proofing the product, as well as managing a behavioural shift for brand teams away from local solutions.

Prior to Vodafone, Rachael worked as the UK administrator for AEM & Workfront at international accounting firm KPMG, where she spearheaded the migration project of Sharepoint to AEM, which included auditing and managing thousands of assets, training dozens of marketers and managing the national CMS, DAM, and process management system.
