
Kay Swift is an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) and seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of proven leadership in digital transformation, strategic planning, and technology innovation across diverse sectors including media, legal, public, and higher education. Kay's distinguished career is marked by her ability to align cutting-edge technology solutions with organizational objectives, drive meaningful cultural change, and lead high-performing, diverse teams to achieve exceptional business outcomes.
Kay most recently served in executive technology leadership roles at renowned organizations including Penske Media, Marshall Dennehey, Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, Stevens Institute of Technology, and Rutgers University. In these positions, she spearheaded transformative initiatives such as complex cloud migrations, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Her innovative leadership resulted in significant cost efficiencies, enhanced cybersecurity posture, and improved digital employee experiences.
