Matt Westrup is CTO for Hearst Networks EMEA, leading innovation and transformation across operational teams. Culture-first, he believes values underpin decision-making. Since joining the EMEA Senior Leadership team in 2019, he has steered cloud migrations, modernising the content supply chain and enabling fully remote operations and post-production. He says technology is “90% about people,” pairing technical insight with executive leadership.

Previously he held operations leadership roles at Travel Channel International, Scripps Networks and A+E.
