Chris Barkoozis

Chris is the Director of Content Management Services at Allied Vaughn with experience supporting the strategic and operational needs for a variety of CMS platforms including DAM, PIM, and Rights & Royalty Systems. With a career originating in corporate communications and archives he is considered an industry expert in media restoration, preservation and fulfillment. With a focus on the managed service side of systems, Chris has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including Automotive, Finance, Manufacturing, Textiles, Cosmetics, Entertainment Media, Food & Beverage, and various nonprofit institutions.     

Chris lives in Chicago and has a master’s degree in Program and Project Management from the University of Michigan.  Chris is also an Adjunct Instructor for the school of Library Science at Dominican University, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Project Management, Digital Asset Management, and Systems Analysis & Design. 

As a recognized leader in the field of DAM, Chris frequently coordinates and cohosts content forums and speaker panels around the country with various local and nationally recognized experts in the field of Content Management.
