He has 20+ years of experience leading technical teams and delivering a diverse range of digital transformation, marketing technology, and enterprise content management solutions for the Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing markets.

Derek’s expertise includes technical program and product management, situational analysis and requirements definition, risk identification and mitigation planning, and team development and leadership. Derek has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Masters studies in Electronic Publishing, and continuing studies in Driving Strategic Value from IT, at the Kellogg School of Management.
