Reto is Director of Engagement Management at Tenovos, a key member of the Professional Services team. An experienced leader and trusted advisor, he brings cross-functional expertise, guiding executives and teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

Reto has more than 15 years of experience implementing enterprise business applications for Global 1000 clients, specializing in business process automation to help organizations improve efficiency and deliver measurable results.

Earlier in his career, Reto spent over 20 years in financial services developing deep industry expertise with leading Wall Street investment banks and hedge funds—including UBS, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Bridgewater Associates. 

An alumnus of Colgate University, Reto is also an ultramarathon runner, proving he doesn’t just go the extra mile…he goes dozens.
