Rus has been working in the post-production environment for over 16 years and started as a PA for EP’s, Creative Directors, and Designers at a boutique house – Brand New School – in Santa Monica. It was here where he was promoted to Tape Operator where he learned the value of collecting media and properly categorizing it and adding metadata to an index.

Rus gained his love for digital asset management to then become the DAM Manager at Herbalife, working in DAMs and Archival work.

At Esri, Rus is responsible for DAMs management and workflow, archival and storage management.
