Josie is an experienced creative & studio operations professional, having worked in the space over the past 10+ years, creating and developing scalable workflows and operations for global businesses across creative departments. From studio builds & recruitment, through pre-production, sample management and post, Josie has been able to work with brands to develop their content creation strategy in line with budgets, technology and business ambitions. Josie is currently working as Studio Manager with the John Lewis Partnership, working with the team on developing their 32,000sq ft space and operation.
