Marie Davies is currently Head of Creative Content & E-Commerce Studio at Ralph Lauren where she oversees the ecommerce creative team, and the styling operations, music, and video team for advertising.
Prior to Ralph Lauren, Marie was Head of Creative Services at luxury marketplace Farfetch, where she oversaw the global creative e-commerce team across styling, photography, art direction and casting. At Farfetch, Marie was involved in PDP product and innovation pilots related to AI and was a mentor on the Farfetch Dream Assembly program for fashion tech startups.
Marie is passionate about leading with empathy, clarity, and authenticity in the creative operations space. With a career spanning roles at retail companies, including Amazon, Topshop and Farfetch, Marie has experience leading and nurturing photo studio talent through creative and organizational change, and the ever-evolving balance of creative needs and operational requirements
