Currently serving as the Head of Copy at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Urbi has spent over a decade creating industry-leading content for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. With a sharp eye for detail and passion for developing talent, Urbi successfully manages multiple high-performing content teams across studios and offices in London, Milan, Bologna, New Jersey and Hong Kong. Her responsibilities include overseeing Product Editorial, Size & Fit and Translations teams, creating and implementing style guides, innovating workflows and forming global cohesion.

Urbi's extensive career has seen her launch copy strategies for new categories such as beauty and fine watches and implement new workflows that have increased productivity by an impressive 20%. Her extensive knowledge of brands, designers, and textiles, combined with her expertise in production, makes her an invaluable asset to the YNAP team.

Long before her tenure at YNAP, Urbi honed her skills with over 20 years experience working in studio production as a coordinator, writer and editor. In a previous role, she headed up the copy department for Barney’s New York before joining YNAP in 2011.
