Alison Leibowitz is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in creative production and studio management. Alison has spent the last 10+ years at YOOX NET-A-PORTER as the Head of Studio Operations in the US, leading her team to produce industry-leading assets for the NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER brands. As a leader, Alison has fostered a high-performing US Studio Digital Production team, focused on communication, strategy, and operational excellence. She constantly challenges the way they work by leading innovation, streamlining studio workflows, and driving efficiencies.

Alison is a visionary leader in creative production and studio management with a track record of inspiring and empowering her teams to achieve their full potential. She was hired to build the US studio in 2012, starting with 30 employees and growing it to 150. Alison is also the US Lead for the Parents & Caregivers ERG, demonstrating her commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace.

Prior to her current role, Alison worked as the Director of Marketing Production at kate spade new york. She was responsible for managing a $5 million yearly marketing budget and produced all kate spade new york photoshoots, including global advertising campaigns and e-commerce photo shoots.

Alison began her career at J.Crew as a Graphic Designer, responsible for the concept and design of J.Crew brand collateral, including in-store graphics and signage, marketing materials, and retail packaging.

Outside of work, Alison is a devoted mother of two boys and lives in NJ with her husband, sons, and dog. She loves spending time with her family, and enjoys cooking, entertaining, and traveling.
