Ginai has 10 years of experience working in the creative content space, with emphasis on studio operations for the last 8 years at Macy’s marketing and asset facility, Advertex Inc. She has insights from concept to expansion being at the forefront of navigating shoot capacity for in-house production alongside creative directors and finance, to utilizing available technology at phase three for leaner operations. Though supporting creative based teams for shoot, location and live productions, her focus is trim and agile facilities maintenance management under rigid budget constraints and foreseeable industry changes. Ginai brings a breadth of knowledge, having worked in the fashion and ecommerce industry in varied positions over the years, that has given her a unique perspective.
