Claire is an associate in the Southampton Real Estate Team. She advises on a variety of commercial property matters including all aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, and investment acquisitions and disposals. Claire joined Lester Aldridge in 2018 having qualified at an international law firm in 2006 and since then working at two other major regional and national law firms. She has a broad range of experience in all aspects of property portfolio work acting for both landlords and tenants. Claire prides herself on providing pragmatic, commercial and efficient advice to all of her clients.
