A Guide to Site Finding

Aimee has over 10 years of planning experience. She has worked in both local authority and planning consultancy. Aimee works across London, but with a central London focus on Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Camden and Islington. Aimee has a range of clients working on a variety of planning projects from small residential extensions right through to 150 units on 1.33 ha sites. As a planning consultant Aimee’s responsibilities include assessing development potential, advising on planning strategy, coordinating project teams, preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals, managing applications and appeals, negotiating conditions and S106 requirements. A key component of Aimee’s job is to provide clients with site appraisals and feasibility studies in order to inform their site selections.
