He also has experience acting for institutional lenders, national and regional housebuilders, housing associations and public bodies. Daren has advised Abbey Developments Limited in connection with the acquisition and development of residential development sites, for Taylor Wimpey advising on the grant of Option Agreements for residential development, for Willmott Dixon in connection with the acquisition and development of 2 large scale mixed use developments in London, and for Sainsbury’s advising on the disposal of multiple sites for residential development including environmentally sensitive sites.
