James specialises in development consultancy and has, for over 20 yeas, experience in delivering viable solutions for complex development and regeneration projects. He has supported several major development opportunities through the planning process both in London and nationally and has a strong understanding of the impact of the local markets and planning policies. James provides property development consultancy for private and public sector clients in all areas of the pre-implementation process primarily residential development. This advice includes agency, development delivery strategy, emerging planning policy, planning applications and Planning Agreements. A primary area of James’s work is ensuring the delivery of development through viability and S106 Agreements advice, be it advice in regard to scheme delivery/structure or viable responses to policies. He has represented clients, successfully, at Planning Committee, Examination in Public and Appeal Hearings.
