Andrew specialises in construction and engineering law, both contentious and non-contentious. He advises clients including developers, funders, contractors and professional consultants in relation to construction projects. He is experienced at drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts. He also frequently advises clients in relation to distressed projects, and has significant experience of adjudications, mediations and other forms of dispute resolution. Andrew previously spent seven years working in project management, credit strategy and debt recovery for a major UK bank.
