Expert Witness in Property

Sebastian is a Director within the London Valuation Department and has been at Savills for over 18 years. He has a degree in architecture, qualifying as a surveyor in 2004 although he has worked in the London property market since 1994. Sebastian is now a Fellow of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer. 

He is a member of Savills Expert Witness Panel, a regular contributor to the Estates Gazette and has previously written for Country Life, The Surveyor, The Spectator and the Evening Standard. Sebastian completed a Resolution Collaborative course for Expert Witnesses (November 2008) and now an affiliate member of Resolution. More recently, he has became a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors (2007). 

Sebastian undertake professional work as a valuer for many banks, solicitors, developers, accountants, trusts and private clients providing valuations of residential properties, portfolios and mixed use development schemes for loan security, matrimonial, litigation and other purposes. The majority of properties that he has valued whilst with Savills have been within London and the Home Counties, although he has carried out valuations of properties in France, Monaco, Switzerland, Austria and Dubai. 

Sebastian has prepared expert witness valuations both as a single and as a single joint expert some of which have resulted in giving evidence both in the High Court and the Principle Registry.
