Finance for Property Investment and Development

Isobel is an Associate Director in ICG’s Living team and is responsible for origination, underwriting and execution of transactions, joining the team in June 2022. Isobel joined ICG from Cheyne Capital where she spent the past 6 years working on both execution and asset management, looking after a portfolio of c£1bn including special situations. During her 8 years in the industry, she has executed deals across the capital stack with exposure to various asset classes. Isobel’s focus is now on the residential development lending product.

Isobel started her career at Lloyds Bank where she spent time in the Housing Growth Partnership and the Commercial Real Estate team. Isobel is a member of ICG’s CSR Committee and is passionate about getting involved with social causes both inside and outside of work.
