Omega joined LendInvest in September 2021 to head the Capital Raising team and became Head of Funds Management in October 2022. She has over 19 years of professional experience in real estate as a corporate finance advisor, debt advisor, financier and lawyer. She originally trained as a corporate tax lawyer, however following her MBA at INSEAD held non-legal roles at a property developer, a German bank and provided restructuring advice to unlisted real estate funds as a Director in the Corporate Finance team at CBRE. Since 2013 she has focused on special situations and debt advisory, holding roles as a Partner in the Special Situations Team at Brown Rudnick and as Head of Real Estate Debt Advisory at Mishcon de Reya. Omega is a regular speaker at industry events. She co-chairs the INSEAD Real Estate Group in London and is a mentor for the REACH UK Proptech Start-up Program.
