As Head of Occupier Solutions, Tom leads the unique combined service offering of value release structuring for corporates who are owner-occupiers, utilising the BNP Paribas Group’s expertise in financial structuring and balance sheet. He is a forward thinking problem solver and is committed to delivering a customer focused solution to the challenges faced by his clients.

Tom sits on BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Commercial Executive and helped establish the Early Careers Forum, a network for those in their early careers, as well as the Next Generation Board, a small group in mid-career, helping to drive positive change for the business, clients and industry.

With over 17 years’ experience working with occupiers across the globe, including ten years with BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, Tom also spent seven years in Hong Kong.
