Luke is a Partner and Joint Head of the Hotels and Leisure Sector at international law firm, Addleshaw Goddard LLP.  He is a construction and engineering specialist with particularly strong experience of hotel development projects and is the client relationship partner for a number of Addleshaw Goddard's hotel sector clients.  

He advises on procurement strategies and the development obligations in real estate and finance documents as well as the preparation and negotiation of standard form and bespoke construction and engineering contracts, professional appointments, guarantees, bonds and other ancillary construction documents.

Luke has acted on the development, financing and sale and purchase of numerous hotels for a broad range of clients including hotel owners, developers and funders.   He is also a founding member of the Energy and Environment Alliance's Legal Committee and has recently co-authored a paper on sustainable hotel construction.
