Introduction to Property

Danielle has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1990 (MRICS), and is also the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS) and the Pyramus and Thisbe Society (PTS).

For many years she has delivered outside seminars on Building Defects, Party Walls and Building Project Delivery, three of her specialisms.

Danielle is pro-active, self-motivated, personable and easy to work with, conscientious, innovative, diligent and focused on delivering a quality and best value service for clients.

She is the founding director of Brooke and Associates and previously been at management level for private consultancy companies providing Building Surveying Services since 1996 where she is and has delivered projects to a high standard; led and managed teams; initiated, managed and developed client relationships.

Brooke and Associates provides building surveying services as listed above all on property and construction matters to private, corporate and public sector clients plus professional practices such as architects and engineers. It is based in Surrey and London and undertakes work predominantly throughout London and the home counties.

Typical clients of Danielle ‘s over the last 40 years have been the London Borough of Merton/Sutton/Haringey/Greenwich, The Hadley Shipping Company, Age Concern, Barclays Bank, Exemplar Education Ltd., Wychcross Estate, Ladbroke Corals, Greenwich Enterprise Board, West Sussex Quakers, many architectural clients and some high value/regarded private clients with non-disclosure agreements!
