Introduction to Property

David is solicitor specialising in real estate disputes with a particular focus on property finance, property insolvency and property related professional negligence claims. David also has experience advising commercial landlords and tenants, and dealing with real property issues such as trespass, easements and restrictive  covenants. David is admitted to practise in England and Wales and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
