Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Tessa has worked in a large property consultancy, for a London based property owner and currently as a Real Estate Manager at the John Lewis Partnership with a remit for the London portfolio. Her roles have used her Lease Advisory and Asset Management skills to drive value and optimise the portfolio.  

Beyond Tessa's day to day role, she is an APC Assessor and Chair and she has mentored students on the AssocRics program through the University College of Estate Management. She has also delivered a number of seminars/ modules on her specialist subjects for the RICS, Kingston University and UCEM.
